Kona Espresso- Kona coffee beans are produced exclusively from trees of a traditional strain of Typica, one of the world's oldest coffee varieties. The 100% Kona coffee beans we sell are selectively hand-picked, usually by the farmers themselves, to make great Kona coffees. These premium Kona beans are wet-processed using the traditional ferment-and-wash method. The fundamental Kona coffee cup reflects this attention to detail. Pure Kona beans yield a drink with gentle, lively acidity and high-toned, clean complexity.
Kaanapali Estate- Ka'anapali Coffee, on the island of Maui near the historical town of Lahaina, offers what may be the widest range of flavor profiles available from any single coffee farm in the world. From its inception, Ka'anapali separated and sold its coffee by botanical variety -- the wildly fruity Moka, the quietly classic heirloom Typica, the crisply bright Yellow Caturra, and the complex red Catuai. Furthermore, Ka'anapali processes coffee from each of these four varieties using two different methods: the wet process, which emphasizes the clean, bright aspects of each profile, and the natural dry process, emphasizing low-key complexity.
Kaanapali Moka- Kaanapali Moka is one of Hawaii's most highly rated varietals, winning many awards and medals in cupping competitions. It is grown on the Kaanapali Coffee Farms, on the gentle slopes of the West Maui Mountains that start just outside of the historical town of Lahaina and rise high above the pristine waters and white-sand beaches of the world-renowned Ka'anapali Resort.
Taste of Paradise-An exquisite Kona blend containing 50% of the highest grade Kona coffee. We named it TASTE OF PARADISE. This isn't like those Kona blends you'll find elsewhere, which actually use only 10% Kona beans -- at that rate, you can't even tell that there's any Kona in them. TASTE OF PARADISE is different. It's our highest-quality blend, and it delivers an enticing aroma and distinctive taste characteristics.
