Kona Peaberry-The Peaberry Kona coffee beans featured in our pure Kona Peaberry are a rare variation on the standard coffee cherry. It occurs when the Kona coffee cherry yields only one bean, instead of the usual two. As a result, Peaberry Kona beans are round and dense, and deliver a cup with incredibly full flavor.

Pure Ecstasy-100% Kona Pure Ecstasy combines two types of estate-grown pure Kona coffee beans. Fifty percent of each bag is made up of Kona coffee beans grown at higher elevations and roasted dark, while the other half is light-roasted Kona coffee beans grown on lower slopes. All the beans that go into each bag are 100% Hawaiian coffee, selectively hand-picked and wet-processed by dedicated farmers on small estates across the Kona coffee growing region.

Kona #1- Pure Kona #1 beans are just one level below Kona Fancy. The No. 1 grade Kona beans are slightly smaller than those in Kona Fancy, but are nonetheless of an incredibly high quality. The beans have very few defects and uniform density. The medium-sized #1 Kona coffee beans deliver a mild but snappy flavor. They are medium-bodied, with smooth consistency, a rich nutty aroma, and lively acidity.

Kona Dark- We take our delectable Kona coffee beans (Kona #1, in fact - a high-grade, medium sized beans with smooth consistency) and roast them darker. This delivers a sharp, lively flavor that makes them perfect for espresso. No longer must you use inferior quality beans when preparing espresso, lattes and cappuccinos.
