Orders received by Alpine Valley are typically sent by UPS Ground Service. Please refer to the individual product you are purchasing for special shipping times that may apply. UPS Ground Shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Estimate Ground Service Shipping times for each zone vary. Please note: We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will ship out immediately on the following Monday.
Orders totaling $60 and over are eligible for free UPS Ground Service Shipping, as long as the shipping address is located within the continental United States. This applies to UPS Ground Service only, with the entire order going to one address (free shipping does not apply to orders with items going to multiple addresses). Estimated ship time for UPS Ground Service is between 3-5 days. Expedited Standard Ground shipping charges can be obtained by calling our customer service line at 1-888-672-3400.
Customers Outside the Continental U.S.
We also ship to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska and normal "International" shipping rates apply. Canadian customers please note that you are required to pay any duty tax and brokerage fees on the items you receive as per your country regulations and this amount is not included in your final order total with Alpine Valley.
Same Day Shipping
"Same Day Shipping" indicates that an item is in stock in our warehouse and will ship the same day you order it, provided your order is placed prior to 12pm EST. Orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the following Monday (we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday). Please note that "Same Day Shipping" does not mean that your order will arrive at your shipping destination the same day you order it.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank and/or credit card issuer cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Alpine Valley will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Alpine Valley will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Alpine Valley while using our secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
Returns & Replacements
Alpinevalleycoffee.com brewer purchases carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Keurig brewer, you must notify Alpine Valley within 30 days of your purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses. Please contact Customer Service prior to taking advantage of Alpine Valley Coffee’s money back guarantee. Please have the brewer serial number available at the time of your call. The serial number can be found on the brown shipping box or the bottom of the product box. The customer service representative will provide you with an Authorization To Return Number. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted without an Authorization To Return Number.
No Returns on Coffee or Tea
Coffee, Tea and Hot Cocoa is not eligible for return or exchange. If it was our error, we will correct it and get you your product immediately. Call our Customer Service Department and we will do what it takes, within reason, to make you a satisfied customer.
No Refunds on Shipment Refusals
There are no refunds for any shipment that is refused at delivery for any reason.
