Standard Shipping
Orders received by Alpine Valley are typically sent by UPS (United Parcel Service). Please refer to the individual product you are purchasing for special shipping times that may apply. Standard Ground Shipping typically takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Estimate Ground Shipping times for each zone vary. Click here to view a chart for UPS Estimated Ground Shipping Times for your location. Please note: We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will ship out immediately on the following Monday.

Free Shipping Offer
Orders totaling $30 and over are eligible for free Ground Shipping, as long as the shipping address is located within the continental United States. This applies to ground shipping only, with the entire order going to one address (free shipping does not apply to orders with items going to multiple addresses). Expedited shipping charges can be obtained by calling our customer service line at 1-888-672-3400.

Customers Outside the Continental U.S.
We do ship outside the continental U.S., and normal "International" UPS shipping rates apply.

Same Day Shipping
"Same Day Shipping" indicates that an item is in stock in our warehouse and will ship the same day you order it, provided your order is placed prior to 12pm EST. Orders placed on either Saturday or Sundaywill ship out on the following Monday (we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday). Please note that "Same Day Shipping" does not mean that your order will arrive at your shipping destination the same day you order it.
